Radiology consultation service

Radiograph interpretations are accepted Monday - Friday. Anything received after 5:00 pm on Friday will be read the following business day. Radiograph interpretations are not read on weekends or holidays. Please allow 24-48 hours for your results.

Outpatient Ultrasounds

  1. Submit any recent diagnostic tests and/or lab testing along with the referral form.
  2. Include information on the recent examination and presenting complaint.

What To Expect During Their Ultrasound Appointment

  1. Ideally, the pet owner should call to schedule the appointment. This will allow our team to discuss what to expect when they arrive.
  2. The radiologist will email a report of their ultrasound findings to you, as well as send the report to the client. The radiologist does not meet with clients for outpatient ultrasounds.

Please ensure all the information below is included with your submission to prevent delays. 

  1. Provide a detailed history of the patient.
  2. What would you like the radiologist to look for?
  3. Include the age, sex, and breed of the patient.
